DialogeX conducts interactive, research-based, professional development programs in conjunction with university partners and professional organizations. Our programs are delivered on the NexPort Campus Learning Platform. This allows participants to use the mobile technologies they already use in their everyday lives. The programs are developed and delivered using video case studies, peer-to-peer collaboration, and one-on-one coaching. The programs are job-embedded— they guide participants to develop expert solutions to problems they face in their workplaces.
